Shrimp Ingredients
  • 1 pound Jumbo Shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For marinating
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Or agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 to taste Salt Adjust as needed
  • 1 to taste Pepper Adjust as needed

Method
 

Chimichurri Sauce Preparation
  1. Finely chop parsley, garlic, and Fresno pepper, then combine in a bowl with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add olive oil and red wine vinegar, stirring until well combined. Set aside for 1 hour.
Shrimp Preparation
  1. In a bowl, coat shrimp with olive oil, add garlic, honey, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 20 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over high heat. Arrange marinated shrimp in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  2. Remove from skillet and place on a serving platter. Pour the chimichurri sauce over the shrimp.
