  • 2 large Egg Whites or aquafaba for allergies
For the Spice Mix
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon adjust according to taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon Cloves use sparingly
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin adjust to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cashews, almonds, pecans, walnuts, and peanuts.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy and then mix in honey and spices until smooth.
  4. Pour the coating over the nut blend and fold until every nut is coated.
  5. Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 30-45 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool completely, and store in an airtight container.
