  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 0.25 cups granulated sugar

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup bundt pan generously.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In a stand mixer, beat together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture alternating with apple cider, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 40-50 minutes.
  7. While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze by simmering apple cider in a saucepan until thickened.
  8. Remove the cake from the oven, allow it to cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack and glaze.
