  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce optional, or soy sauce
Crust
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk or non-dairy milk
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour or gluten-free flour blend
  • Cooking Spray or Butter for greasing pan

Preparation Steps
