Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust 12-inch
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread the tzatziki sauce evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Evenly distribute the seasoned chicken over the tzatziki sauce.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken.
  6. Add the diced cucumbers and red onion over the cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh dill before slicing.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
