Cooking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season tuna steaks with salt and pepper. Prepare garlic sauce ingredients.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Sear the tuna steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- In the same skillet, lower heat, add minced garlic, sauté for 30 seconds, then add heavy cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Wash and chop salad greens; mix with cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Plate tuna with creamy garlic sauce over it, and serve with fresh salad alongside.
