Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and gather your ingredients.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat two eggs until frothy, or use non-dairy milk. In a separate dish, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Dip each frozen ravioli in the egg mixture, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the ravioli in a single layer, spraying tops lightly.
  5. Cook the ravioli for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Check halfway through for desired color.
  6. Remove from air fryer and allow to cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce.
