Preparation Steps
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and gather your ingredients.
- In a medium bowl, beat two eggs until frothy, or use non-dairy milk. In a separate dish, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Dip each frozen ravioli in the egg mixture, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the ravioli in a single layer, spraying tops lightly.
- Cook the ravioli for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Check halfway through for desired color.
- Remove from air fryer and allow to cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce.
