- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and sriracha. Gradually add water until desired sauce consistency is achieved. Set aside.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken breasts for approximately 6 to 7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
