  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway until tender and lightly caramelized.
  5. Place a slice of brie cheese on top of each round and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
  6. Garnish with dried cranberries and toasted pecans; serve warm.
