For the Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce Use chili garlic paste for the best flavor.
  • 3 tbsp Braggs Liquid Aminos Can substitute with low sodium soy sauce or lite tamari.
  • 1 tbsp Sugar Balances the spice with sweetness.
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil Do not substitute with vegetable oil.
  • 1 tsp Granulated Garlic For extra garlic flavor.
For the Garnish
  • 2 stalks Green Onions (Scallions) Adds freshness and flavor.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Begin by boiling a pot of water over high heat. Once boiling, add your noodles and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chili garlic sauce, Braggs liquid aminos, sugar, and sesame oil. Stir for 2-3 minutes until bubbling and sugar dissolves.
  3. Once the sauce is simmering, add the drained noodles to the skillet. Toss for 1-2 minutes until thoroughly coated and heated.
  4. Sprinkle the granulated garlic over the noodles and toss for another minute, allowing flavors to infuse.
  5. Remove from heat and transfer to serving plates. Chop the green onions and sprinkle on top before serving warm.
