- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Add honey and red pepper flakes, stirring well to combine. Allow sauce to thicken for about 2 minutes.
- Return chicken to skillet and add drained pasta. Toss gently to coat the pasta with sauce, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
