Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove pork from the marinade, reserving the marinade for later.
Add the pork to the skillet in a single layer and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides.
Pour the reserved marinade into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and the pork is cooked through.
