Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Whisk together 3 oz of green apple jello with 1 cup of boiling water until dissolved, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Stir in 0.5 cups of chilled cold water and 0.75 cups of sour green apple vodka into the mixture. Pour into shot cups and refrigerate for 60 minutes.
  3. Combine 0.25 cups of cold water with 0.5 oz of unflavored gelatin and let sit for 5 minutes. Pour in 0.5 cups of boiling water and whisk until dissolved.
  4. Mix in 0.25 cups of sour green apple vodka, 7 oz of sweetened condensed milk, and food coloring to the gelatin mixture. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Spoon or pour the creamy mixture atop the set green jello shots and return to refrigerator for an additional 2 hours to set.
  6. Top each shot with 1 tbsp of green apple popping boba before serving.
