- Whisk together 3 oz of green apple jello with 1 cup of boiling water until dissolved, about 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in 0.5 cups of chilled cold water and 0.75 cups of sour green apple vodka into the mixture. Pour into shot cups and refrigerate for 60 minutes.
- Combine 0.25 cups of cold water with 0.5 oz of unflavored gelatin and let sit for 5 minutes. Pour in 0.5 cups of boiling water and whisk until dissolved.
- Mix in 0.25 cups of sour green apple vodka, 7 oz of sweetened condensed milk, and food coloring to the gelatin mixture. Whisk until smooth.
- Spoon or pour the creamy mixture atop the set green jello shots and return to refrigerator for an additional 2 hours to set.
- Top each shot with 1 tbsp of green apple popping boba before serving.
