Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a generous spoonful of the spinach and cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the filling. Place the wraps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the tops of the wraps with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
