  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce Use gluten-free if needed.
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Paste Adjust to taste.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Noodles: Bring a pot of water to boil, add noodles, cook for 8-10 minutes, drain, rinse, and set aside.

  5. Add the Broccoli: Stir in broccoli florets, sauté for 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
  6. Create the Sauce: Pour in soy sauce and chili paste, stir, and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Combine the Noodles: Add cooked noodles, toss everything together for about 2 minutes.
