Method
 

Basic Instructions

  6. Fold in diced apples until evenly distributed in the dough.
  7. Scoop out dough portions and chill for 20-30 minutes.
  8. Mix remaining sugar with cinnamon and nutmeg for coating.
  9. Roll chilled dough balls in cinnamon sugar and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  10. Allow cookies to rest on baking sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
