Ingredients
  

  • 2 15-ounce cans of sweet corn, drained
  • 8 ounces cream cheese cubed
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the drained sweet corn, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is creamy.
  5. Once cooked, stir again and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
