  4. In a large skillet, heat a splash of avocado oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for about 8–10 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  5. Add ketchup, water, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the beef. Stir and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  6. Prepare your optional toppings by slicing dill pickles, pickled red onions, and jalapeños. Snip some chives or slice green onions for freshness.
