Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a small saucepan. Once boiling, remove from heat and add 1 tablespoon of dried butterfly pea flowers. Steep for about 10 minutes, then strain.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the blue butterfly pea tea with 3 cups of chilled filtered water. Add your choice of sweetener and stir until dissolved.
  3. Gradually pour in the freshly squeezed juice of 2 lemons. Stir gently and watch the color change.
  4. Fill tall glasses with ice and pour the vibrant lemonade over the ice.
