- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
- Place the skin-on salmon fillet in the center of your foil-lined pan, skin-side down.
- Arrange fresh lemon slices around the salmon fillet on the sheet pan.
- In a small bowl, melt the unsalted butter, then stir in lemon juice, honey, and minced garlic. Pour over salmon and lemon slices.
- Sprinkle kosher salt and black pepper over the salmon and lemon slices.
- Seal the foil tightly around the salmon to create a packet and bake for about 17 minutes.
- Optionally, uncover the salmon and broil for 5-10 minutes for a crispy top.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
