Directions

  2. Place the skin-on salmon fillet in the center of your foil-lined pan, skin-side down.
  3. Arrange fresh lemon slices around the salmon fillet on the sheet pan.
  4. In a small bowl, melt the unsalted butter, then stir in lemon juice, honey, and minced garlic. Pour over salmon and lemon slices.
  5. Sprinkle kosher salt and black pepper over the salmon and lemon slices.
  6. Seal the foil tightly around the salmon to create a packet and bake for about 17 minutes.
  7. Optionally, uncover the salmon and broil for 5-10 minutes for a crispy top.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
