  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes, then drain excess fat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked ground beef, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, black beans, salsa, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.
