Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook crumbled ground pork breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until browned.
  3. Scramble large eggs in the same skillet over medium heat for 3–5 minutes until fluffy.
  4. Cut Hawaiian rolls horizontally and layer with cheese, sausage, scrambled eggs, and bacon.
  5. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15–20 minutes, then remove foil for an additional 5–10 minutes.
  7. Prepare sriracha mayo by whisking together mayonnaise, sriracha, Worcestershire sauce, and salt.
  8. Slice assembled sandwiches and serve with sriracha mayo on the side.
