  1. In a small bowl, combine reduced-sodium soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame seeds. Whisk until well blended. Set aside.
  2. Place a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat and add sesame seed oil. Allow the oil to warm for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add thinly sliced garlic to the hot oil and sauté for about 30 seconds until golden and fragrant. Keep stirring gently.
