  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
  2. Marinate the beef with baking soda, garlic powder, and half the sauce for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet and cook marinated beef for 1-2 minutes until slightly pink.
  4. Sauté onion and Chinese broccoli for about 2 minutes in the same skillet.
  5. Add cooked rice noodles and drizzle with half the remaining sauce, toss together for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Fold in bean sprouts and remaining sauce, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Return cooked beef and toss gently, allowing to rest off heat for 1-2 minutes before serving.
