- In a mixing bowl, whisk together ½ cup mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar until smooth. Add ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon oregano, salt, and pepper to taste, stirring to combine. Gently fold in 2 cups of shredded lettuce, ½ cup sliced red onion, and ½ cup banana peppers until well-coated. Set aside.
- Take 4 sub rolls and layer them with 4 ounces of salami, 4 ounces of pepperoni, and 4 ounces of turkey evenly divided among the rolls. Top each meat layer with 4 slices of provolone cheese.
