  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil Do not skip for depth of flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds For garnish.
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Season to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Season to taste.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat the pan over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes. Add the ground beef and sauté for 6-8 minutes, breaking apart until nicely browned.
  2. Add minced garlic and freshly grated ginger to the skillet. Stir for about 1-2 minutes until the garlic is lightly golden.
  3. Pour in the soy sauce, brown sugar substitute, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Stir well and let it simmer for about 1 minute.
  4. Gently fold the chopped cabbage into the skillet, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened but still crunchy.
  5. Uncover, add sliced green onions, and season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle sesame seeds on top, and serve hot in lettuce wraps or alongside cauliflower rice.
