Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into uniform pieces, about 1-inch cubes. Mince the garlic and gather all ingredients.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in cubed sweet potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes until they begin softening.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Pour sauce over the mixture.
  5. Cover the skillet and reduce heat to low. Simmer for about 10 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender.
