Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by peeling and cubing the sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces for even cooking. Gather your other ingredients.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes. Add the sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once the sausage is browned, stir in the cubed sweet potatoes. Allow them to cook uncovered for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
  4. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of honey, 3 minced garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk until well blended and pour over the dish in the skillet.
