Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the tortillas by laying them out on a surface. Warm them in a skillet on medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side if desired.
  2. Cook the chicken by grilling or roasting until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  3. Assemble the dressing by whisking together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and chop the cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Slice the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and either mash or slice it.
  6. Build the wraps by layering mixed greens, sliced chicken, avocado, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes on each tortilla.
  7. Cut each wrap in half diagonally for serving and enjoy!
