  3. Shape the mixture into 6 small, round patties, each about 1 inch thick.
  4. Blend fresh cilantro, garlic, mayonnaise, cottage cheese, and white vinegar in a food processor until smooth.
  5. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, add oil, and cook the chicken patties for about 4 minutes on one side.
  6. Flip patties and cook the other side for another 4 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
