Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  4. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet, bring to a simmer, then stir in the cornstarch slurry until gravy thickens.
  5. Boil chopped Yukon Gold potatoes with minced garlic for 15-18 minutes until tender, then drain and return to pot.
  6. Add milk, butter, salt, pepper, and parsley to potatoes, mash until creamy, and adjust seasoning if needed.
