  • 2 large cucumbers diced

  • 1 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, corn, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and red onion.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing and fresh dill.
  3. Pour the ranch dressing mixture over the salad ingredients and gently toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
  5. Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
