Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice about 4 limes
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, lime juice, simple syrup, and half of the ice. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a pitcher and set aside. Rinse the blender.
  2. In the blender, combine the blueberries, coconut cream, and the remaining ice. Blend until smooth.
  3. To assemble the daiquiris, fill glasses halfway with the strawberry mixture. Carefully pour the blueberry mixture on top to create a layered effect.
  4. Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint. Serve immediately and enjoy!
