Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup strawberry puree fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup blueberry puree fresh or frozen
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream for topping
  • Red and blue sprinkles for garnish
  • Plastic shot cups or small cups

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes.
  2. Divide the pudding mixture evenly into two bowls. In one bowl, fold in the strawberry puree and vanilla extract until well combined. In the second bowl, fold in the blueberry puree.
  3. Layer the strawberry pudding mixture into the bottom of each shot cup, filling them about one-third full.
  4. Add a layer of whipped cream on top of the strawberry pudding, filling the cups another third of the way.
  5. Top the whipped cream layer with the blueberry pudding mixture, filling the cups to the top.
  6. Finish each cup with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with red and blue sprinkles for a festive touch.
  7. Refrigerate the pudding shots for at least 2 hours to set before serving.
