Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer with a spatula.
While the chocolate is still warm, evenly sprinkle the chopped strawberries, blueberries, mini marshmallows, and sprinkles over the top.
Lightly sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the bark for added flavor.
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is completely set.
Once set, break the bark into pieces and serve.
