  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing Store-bought or homemade
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
For the Skewers
  • 4 pieces Wooden or Metal Skewers Soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes if using
Optional Veggies
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Sliced
  • 1 medium Zucchini Sliced into thick rounds
  • 1 medium Onion Cut into wedges

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, ranch dressing, minced garlic, and grated parmesan cheese. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving space between each piece. Optionally alternate with veggies.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F to 400°F.
  5. Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Remove from the grill, let rest for a couple of minutes, and serve hot.
