- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, ranch dressing, minced garlic, and grated parmesan cheese. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving space between each piece. Optionally alternate with veggies.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F to 400°F.
- Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove from the grill, let rest for a couple of minutes, and serve hot.
