Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Combine all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, granulated sugar, and baking cocoa in a medium mixing bowl.
  3. In a stand mixer bowl, mix sour cream, room temperature eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in white chocolate peppermint baking chips and chocolate chips gently.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top, and sprinkle crushed peppermint on top.
