Drizzle the olive oil into the breadcrumb mixture and stir until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.
Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet. Spoon the breadcrumb mixture generously over each shrimp.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and the topping is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
