  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil into the breadcrumb mixture and stir until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet. Spoon the breadcrumb mixture generously over each shrimp.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
