Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prep all fresh ingredients: shred cabbage, slice avocado, chop red onion and cilantro, and crumble feta cheese. Cut lime into wedges.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and garlic powder until smooth to create creamy lime sauce.
  3. Pat shrimp dry and toss with salt, pepper, cumin, cayenne, paprika, and garlic. Let marinate for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and warm tortillas for 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
