- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the Hatfield Thick-Cut Hardwood Smoked Bacon in a single layer. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until crispy.
 - Slice the Hatfield Classic Boneless Ham into thin pieces.
 - In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, scallions, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and crumbled bacon. Stir until creamy.
 - Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally. Spread the creamy filling mixture on the bottom halves.
 - Layer the sliced ham on top of the creamy filling on the bottom halves of the rolls.
 - Pack the assembled sliders tightly in a baking pan, brush the tops with melted butter, and cover with parchment paper and aluminum foil.
 - Bake covered for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
 - Remove from the oven and let cool before serving warm.
