  1. In a large mixing bowl or resealable bag, combine the boneless, skinless chicken breasts with minced garlic, extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Seal the bag or cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F) or your oven to 400°F (200°C). Allow about 10-15 minutes for preheating.
  3. Mix together the plain Greek yogurt and grated cucumber in a medium bowl. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside in the refrigerator.
  4. Once preheated, place the marinated chicken tenders on the grill or in a greased baking dish. Grill for 5-7 minutes per side or bake for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through and golden brown.
