  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until they float. Drain and keep warm.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add heavy cream to the skillet with sautéed garlic and stir. Bring to a gentle simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  4. Reduce heat to low and fold in the cooked gnocchi. Toss to coat in sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan and herbs if desired.
