Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Sift together the flour and chopped nuts, then gradually mix into the creamed butter and sugar.
  4. Roll small portions of dough into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden; remove and cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Roll warm cookies in additional powdered sugar and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
