  • 2 cups Tomato Diced, can use cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Red Onion Soaked in water for 10 minutes optional
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Chopped, can substitute with parsley, basil, or mint
For the Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice Can substitute with lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil Can substitute with avocado oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by dicing the cucumber, tomato, and red onion into small, uniform cubes. If desired, soak the diced red onion in cold water for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumber, tomato, red onion, and chopped cilantro. Stir gently to mix.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and lime juice over the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Toss the salad until thoroughly coated in dressing. Allow it to sit for 10-15 minutes before serving.
