Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine bite-sized chunks of boneless, skinless chicken breasts with sliced zucchini. Drizzle in olive oil and add minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-coated.
  3. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and evenly spread the chicken and zucchini mixture into the dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese generously over the mixture.
  5. Place the assembled dish in the preheated oven and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness.
