  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt or sour cream/dairy-free alternative
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill can substitute with parsley or mint
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice or lime juice for a twist
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent, then stir in minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sautéed onion and garlic with chopped spinach, ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well-blended.
  3. Divide the mixture into about 8 equal portions and shape each into a patty, about ½ inch thick.
  4. Reheat the skillet with another tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the patties carefully, cooking for 5-6 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Once cooked, remove the patties from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve warm with fresh veggies, tzatziki sauce, or your favorite dipping sauce.
