  • 4 cloves Minced Garlic adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice fresh preferred
  • 1/2 cup Dry White Wine chicken broth can replace
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs for crispy topping
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese can substitute with nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Gather all your ingredients to streamline the cooking process.
  2. In a medium baking dish, combine 1/2 cup of dry white wine with 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Heat in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until melted and bubbly.
  3. Prepare marinade by mixing the remaining melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, kosher salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Add the jumbo shrimp and toss until coated.
  4. In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt. Drizzle in the remaining melted butter and mix thoroughly.
  5. Layer the marinated shrimp in the baking dish, pour the garlic butter sauce over them, and sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture on top.
