Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C). Gather your ingredients while the oven warms up.
  2. Prepare the vegetables: If using frozen spinach, thaw and squeeze out excess water. Blanch fresh broccoli florets in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped bacon, broccoli, garlic, ranch dressing, mozzarella, and cheddar. Mix well.
  4. Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Spoon the mixture into the dish and press down slightly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheeses over the top of the casserole.
