- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Dice the Yukon gold potatoes and toss them with ⅓ cup ranch dressing, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Dice the chicken and combine with the remaining ⅓ cup ranch dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
- Layer the seasoned chicken over the baked potatoes and cover with foil. Reduce oven temperature to 400°F (204°C) and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle bacon and cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
