Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  2. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the cooked beef, add water per packet directions, and simmer for 3–5 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese until smooth, then mix in the salsa.
  4. On a tortilla, spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture, top with seasoned beef and cheddar cheese.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly, seam-side down on a greased baking tray.
  6. Brush tops with melted butter and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes until crispy.
  7. Cool for 3–5 minutes before serving with favorite dips.
